Riding the Passes!

This last week found us in Central Colorado riding the passes and climbing Mt. Elbert.
Earlier in the summer we rode Cinnamon Pass near Lake City.  Topping out at over 12,600 feet, that was the hardest....but this weekend Hagerman Pass (near Leadville), Kenosha Pass (near Fairplay), and Boreas Pass (Como on one side and Breckenridge on the other) were fun rides and great destinations on our mountain bikes as we train to ride the White Rim in Utah in October.

Ed still has lots of energy after conquering this pass!

Up and over the Pass!

No Problem!

Wow!  Still on the bike at 12,600!

Taking a rest on the Pass.

What a gorgeous Colorado day!
